The Heiltsuk Restorative Justice Program addresses offences referred through the provincial court, RCMP, HTC, School and Community. Using a holistic approach, individuals are counselled through the restorative justice process, which stresses
mediation and reconciliation.

- Assist's in the completion of the applications, family maintenance, legal aide, etc...
- community & provincial court liaison
- youth probations
- adult probations
- alternate measures
